	Jeffrey L. Brittan, CDT, CSI President/Chief Executive Officer of StructureTec Mr. Brittan has over 30 years of experience in building management regarding the remediation of building envelopes and roofs. Mr. Brittan has been personally and directly responsible in establishing and managing over 850 major capital projects throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, and West Germany. Mr. Brittan is President/C.E.O. of StructureTec and resides on board of directors of numerous companies. Mr. Brittan does presentations on a national basis through BCTEC, NFM&T, National Plant and Engineering and other National industry related affiliations.
	Sergio E. Pagés Vice President/Chief Information Officer of StructureTec Mr. Pagés has managed the development of multiple building envelope programs for a number of facilities across North America, encompassing a wide variety of industries, including Automotive, Health Care/Hospitals, Schools (K-12 and Universities), Property Management, Government and Non-Profit Organizations. As Chief Information Officer, he designed and implemented an engineering database system that incorporated the engineering services provided by StructureTec as well as information regarding the building envelope assets of its clients.
	Ian T. Steenhagen, PE Manager of DATA MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS_SM at StructureTec Mr. Steenhagen has been involved with StructureTec since 2000. His current role is Manager of Data Management Services (DMS) responsible for project specific management as well as research and development of the DMS programs. The current DMS portfolio consists of the Roof Asset Management Program (RAMP), Building Envelope Program (BEP) and a DMS "online" interface. He is a registered Professional Engineer with over 7 years of building envelope project related experience.
	Stephen A. Hilger Attorney - Stephen A. Hilger & Associates, PC Mr. Hilger has extensive experience in construction and complex commercial litigation. He has appeared in many State and Federal Courts in the mid western, southern and eastern states. He has authored over thirty five published articles on construction law topics, he has been an on going speaker at National symposiums and programs, and actively participates in the construction arena. He is also on the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.
	Nicholas J. O'Hare Director of Marketing at StructureTec Mr. O'Hare has been involved with managing numerous building envelope and paving projects in the corporate, K-12, higher education, and health care industries. As Director of Marketing he focuses on understanding customers' needs and designing educational programs to meet those needs. He prides himself in his commitment in achieving ultimate customer satisfaction, and providing value through all StructureTec programs. Mr O'Hare is actively involved in IFMA, ASBO, and ASHE.
	Suzanne M. Zabowski National Accounts at StructureTec As a National Accounts Manager, Mrs. Zabowski is instrumental in the development of accounts across North America. In this role she leads her team in designing strategic facilities management programs involving a wide variety of building envelope and pavement portfolios. These programs involve the implementation of long range asset management as well as, the execution of maintenance and capital projects. Mrs. Zabowski has been instrumental in developing and expanding the National Accounts program.
	Russell F. Thurston, P.E. Manager, The Restoration Group_SM, A Division of StructureTec Mr. Thurston primarily focuses on walls, plazas, below-grade waterproofing, and parking garage restoration. He is a registered professional engineer; with over 30 years' experience focusing on the building envelope and structural concrete restoration. He has investigated building envelope failures and deterioration, designed repairs, and managed all phases of remedial projects.
	W. Thomas Rea Manager, Pavement Management Group_SM, A Division of StructureTec Tom’s formal heavy civil education and his degree in business, is coupled with over 30 years of hands-on civil engineering, site work, and state and federal highway construction experience, providing real leadership within StructureTec. Additionally, he brings skills in surveying, evaluating, designing, drafting, inspecting and testing of heavy civil construction projects throughout the nation.
